About Sonali
Sonali is a compassionate, experienced physiotherapist who has delivered evidence-based care since qualifying in 2019.
She began her career in neurological rehabilitation, treating patients recovering from stroke and brain injury, before expanding into women's health, supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery and complex pelvic floor problems, including chronic pelvic pain, dysmenorrhoea and endometriosis.
In 2024 she completed a Master's in Clinical Exercise Science at the University of Portsmouth. Sonali combines hands-on techniques such as muscle energy techniques, myofascial release and acupuncture with active rehabilitation.
