Who we share it with
We only share your information when it is needed for your care or required by law. This includes your GP or consultant (with your agreement), your insurer if you are claiming, our secure clinical records, booking and payment providers acting on our instructions, and regulators or courts where legally required. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Adult clinical records are kept for 8 years after your last appointment. Records for children are kept until their 25th birthday, or 26th if they were 17 when treatment ended, in line with NHS and professional guidance. Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted within 12 months.
Keeping it secure
Records are held on secure, access-controlled systems. Staff are trained in confidentiality, and we follow the HCPC Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
