About Sen
Sen is our Clinical Director and Principal Practitioner, with over 21 years' experience across the NHS and private sector in the UK, specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) and orthopaedic conditions.
He qualified from Fontys University in the Netherlands and Dr M.G.R. Medical University in India, and completed his Master's in Advanced Physiotherapy at the University of Hertfordshire in 2015. Sen believes the best outcomes come from systematic assessment and an integrated, multidisciplinary treatment approach tailored to each patient.
His hands-on treatment, combined with targeted exercise prescription, has helped thousands of patients. He also teaches Clinical Pilates and acupuncture, and runs group classes in lifestyle medicine, Clinical Pilates and therapeutic yoga. Outside work, Sen plays tennis, helps with his son's football training, and enjoys the gym, swimming and cycling.
